John built his career at Clark Construction, one of the nation's largest general contractors, where he helped deliver large-scale commercial and institutional projects and ultimately oversaw more than $450 million in construction. He later moved to the ownership side of the business, serving in a senior role with a leading institutional real estate investment firm, where he has overseen ground-up developments, major capital improvement programs, acquisitions, and complex construction projects across multiple markets.

A civil engineer by training with an MBA, John brings a perspective that extends beyond construction execution to development, underwriting, due diligence, budgeting, and investment decision-making. He co-founded Horizon to bring that institutional owner-builder discipline - rigorous preconstruction, transparent budgeting, thoughtful risk management, and tight field execution - to private clients and developers across Southern California.

Today, John leads Horizon's construction and development operations and remains personally involved from initial feasibility and estimating through construction and closeout. His work spans luxury residences, multifamily development, commercial improvements, and value-add projects, each approached with the systems and accountability of an institutional builder, the perspective of an experienced owner, and the responsiveness of a hands-on principal.

William grew up in a family deeply rooted in the construction and real estate development industry, giving him early exposure to the business from both the builder's and owner's perspective. Following a similar path as his brother John, he began his professional career at Clark Construction, one of the nation's largest general contractors, before moving into development and ultimately directing more than $150 million in multifamily and commercial projects across Southern California.

A civil engineer by training with an MBA, William brings a combination of technical construction expertise, development experience, and financial perspective to every project. His experience spans feasibility, design and entitlement, preconstruction, budgeting, construction management, and project delivery, allowing him to evaluate decisions through both a builder's and an owner's lens.

At Horizon, William leads project management and development advisory, working closely with clients from early feasibility through construction and closeout. Together with John, he carries forward a family tradition in construction and development while bringing the discipline and systems developed through years of institutional project experience. That combination anchors Horizon's owner representation practice and its commitment to protecting clients' interests, budgets, schedules, and investment objectives throughout the life of a project.
