John J. Daher
Principal
John Daher has extensive experience in design, construction, and commercial real estate. At a young age, John was exposed to the industry through his family. This foundation led him to roles at Clark Construction and Aldridge Group, premier general contractors , where he oversaw $450 million in development and construction projects. After 10 years in construction, John transitioned into real estate development and became a Vice President of Development and Construction at real estate private equity firm with $11 billion of assets under management. John managed investment acquisitions, due diligence, and post-acquisition execution for industrial and multifamily assets, including entitlement, design, construction, and value-add strategies.

William W. Daher
Principal
William Daher is a seasoned project manager and has executed the development of multifamily and commercial developments over $150 million dollars in southern California. Growing up in the industry, he gained hands-on experience from an early age, learning the business from his father alongside John. William has developed a strong expertise in construction management, project execution, and delivering high-quality results, and property management. His deep industry knowledge and leadership skills position him to drive customer success and vision. William is focused on strategic growth, innovation, and excellence in every project.
